LIGHT HOUSE USES GLT PANELS
IN CONSTRUCTION.
The advantages of GLT panels are:
- Fast, convenient, and simple assembly
- Manufacturing elements in a factory significantly reduces costs
- Loads can be applied immediately after assembly
- Dimensional stability thanks to gluing and technical drying
- Preparation work can be carried out regardless of weather conditions
- High fire and chemical resistance
- No need to account for extra time for material curing
- Low structural weight reduces assembly costs
- Lower requirements and costs for foundation construction
- Post-assembly work is carried out without delay
- No additional moisture builds up in the building during construction
- Thanks to the surface quality of the panels, interior walls do not need to be clad or finished
- Among traditional building materials, wood has the highest heat storage capacity
- Moisture content is 12%, ± 2%
- Glued wooden beams do not twist and maintain their geometric shape
