“Mini” is a natural wooden structure house manufactured in Latvia, combining high quality with an aesthetically minimalistic design. This is the smallest available Light House model, with a width of 3.30 meters and a length of 9 meters.
The house can be built and installed within 3 months from the moment of order.
It adapts to your needs and can serve as a home office, art studio, holiday house, shop, additional room, or even a sauna.

Because we deliver it fully ready. The topping-out ceremony and housewarming can be celebrated as one combined event.
If access to the desired location by crane is not possible, we can quickly assemble it on your property using pre-manufactured components.
