“Majestic” is a natural wooden construction house made in Latvia that combines high quality and aesthetically minimalistic design. This is the widest available Light House model, with a width of 9 meters, however the living area can be customized according to your preferences!

Comfortable and modern – residential house that can be built and assembled within 3-6 months, regardless of the season. Thoughtful and functional planning with ergonomic room layout. In addition to the cosy wooden beams and decoration, the project’s high ceilings and large windows make the rooms spacious and bright.

The house plan can be customized with more bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms, utility room, and a loft – as an additional bedroom or office space. The plan also includes a terrace.
