Explore the process of building LIGHT HOUSE
Technology
Light House homes are built using GLT panels as a construction material.
The advantages of GLT panels are:
- Quick, convenient, and easy assembling
- Element manufacturing in the factory significantly reduces costs
- It is possible to apply weight immediately after assembling
Dimensional stability, due to gluing and technical drying
Preparation work can be done regardless of weather conditions
High fire and chemical resistance
No additional time required for material curing
Low weight of the structural elements reduces assembling costs
Lower requirements and costs for foundation construction
Post-assembling installation work is carried out without delays
No humidity is formed in the building during construction
Due to the quality of panel surfaces, the interior of the walls does not need to be plastered or treated
Among traditional building materials, wood has the highest thermal storage capacity
Humidity is 12%, + – 2%. Glued wooden boards do not warp and maintain their geometric shape
